NECKTWINS products are currently sold as pre-orders. By placing an order you agree that:

Payment is collected in full at checkout to reserve your unit from our production run.
Your order is expected to ship within 10–20 business days of purchase, followed by 5–10 business days of delivery.
These timeframes are estimates. If production is delayed, we will notify you by email with an updated date.
You can cancel at any time before your order ships for a full refund.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Slight variations in color or finish may occur compared to product images.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Any canceled order is refunded in full.

NECKTWINS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third parties, improper use of the product or subjective expectations of the customer.
